The Song - I can't see

Verse 1
I'm sitting here alone in my bedroom
Looking out the window far into the sky
My mind is going a hundred miles per hour
As life just keeps passing me by
I wish that I could see
Into the future
See what I"m gonna be
And stay away from what hurts
Oh why is life a mystery no one could ever find
Why do I walk through this world
With eyes yet still blind

Chorus
I can't see in front of me
Is this the right road?
"Cause I can't see
Could somebody tell me
Where do I go

I can't see in front of me
Is this the right road?
Cause I can't see
But I'm really trying
really where do I go
Cause I can't see

Verse 2
I'm talking on the phone to my friend
And she is just talking away to me
I couldnt tell you where she started
Or when she ended, cause somehow I stop listening
My life is changing almost everyday
Don't want to be with my friends
I want to get things straight
The future is what exist
And I want to be someone
So I figure if I persist
Then I'd get the job done
Oh why is life a mystery
No one could ever find
Why do I wal k through this world
with eyes, yet still blind

Chorus
I can't see in front of me
Is this the right road?
"Cause I can't see
Could somebody tell me
Where do I go

I can't see in front of me
Is this the right road?
Cause I can't see
But I'm really trying
really where do I go
Cause I can't see

right road
yea yea yea yea

I can 't see

fade out

The Song - True Love

Hey everyone: It's been a minute since I've been around but I wanted to share a little something with you. Since you've been on my blog, you've been around enough to know that I'm a writer. You know that I'm not just a writer. It's who I am. I feel as though I can write anything, if I get the chance to glance at it and/or learn a little bit about it. So with that said, you should know that I write poetry, articles, short stories, essays and more. But in regard to the more, is what I will start to unveil. I've been a song-writer since the age of fourteen as well as a lyricist but neither were my dreams to pursue, just the writing part of it. I've dabbled with them two on and off for years. I even have a few songs out on contracts in case they are ever used, and as far as being lyricist, I even have a whole album, that I never put out. However I'm still in love with my lyrics and they are still relevant today. Today, I just felt like sharing...
