The prelude beat just reminded me of someone who gave their all and no reciprocation was given and then I thought about so many young ladies that always give too much too fast and learn the guy is not what he displayed to truly be.

In the beginning you were all upon me
 and I could see that you weren't for me

Later on I  could see things weren't working

and I was cool with that

Still the issue is you left me to believe
that you would've talked to me about anything
